Hi! My name is Michelle, and it has been a privilege to work with many students at WNY Dyslexia Specialists for the past several years. Helping students gain confidence by learning the skills in the Barton Reading and Spelling Program and Foundation in Sounds is very rewarding. Students develop strategies that help them decode words, improve their reading fluency, and learn spelling rules.
I have taught children for decades including my own four children through homeschooling. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, and teaching has always been my passion.
